What is your shipping policy? 
We make sure to ship all orders as soon as possible. Either the same day the order is received or on the next business day. Orders received after 12pm on Saturday are shipped the following Monday. We follow the USPS shipping schedule.  

What is your return policy?
We offer a 90-day, risk-free trial on all orders. If you are not satisfied with your Only Leash product, you can return it within 90 days of receiving it for a full refund.

How Long Does the Only Leash Stretch?
We make Only Leash® in 3 sizes Mini, M/L, and XL.  The Mini size stretches 12-17 inches,  M/L stretches 18-20 inches long, and the XL stretches 17-24 inches.

Can I Use the Only Leash M/L with My Small/ Short Dog?
Typically no, we do not recommend the M/L Only Leash for small or short dogs.  Choose the Mini size.

We have had customers who have purchased them for their short dogs with stocky neck/head. It may work for you if you are also short in height and the 18-20 inch length is the right amount of distance for you and your dog. 

Where is the Only Leash Made?
Made in the USA. We make and inspect each one with care in Maui, Hawaii.

I am an International Customer, How Can I Buy Your Products?
At this time we ship to the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Germany, Ireland, and Italy. We handle international orders from unlisted countries individually, please contact us by email. Leave your name and what you would like to order and we can give you a quote with the shipping.

How do I clean my Only Leash Products?
We recommend washing them in a bowl of warm water and dish soap or laundry detergent and towel dry.

Is the Snap Hook Durable for Strong Dogs?
Our snap hooks are very durable, heavy duty snaps compared to other leashes. They can withstand the elements and strength of large strong dogs.
